Rashida Badani TajbhoyDating back to the 1940s, Hasthigiri Bakery, is a second-generation family business that makes fresh bread in one of the few authentic wood-fired ovens left in Colombo. Hasthigiri is run by Suranthi de Silva, the only female bakery owner in the Sri Lanka Bakery Owner Association.
